Charter in the San Juans? I've been wanting to sail the San Juans, anybody up for putting a charter together with me for a few days? Ducks are you and your gal in? I'm guessing a 32'-34'Hunabenealina or something. Me and 3 or 4 folks, everybody equal on expenses and provisioning (yes, if it goes on the boat you have to pay your share regardless if you eat it or drink it or not). No bitching, no pukeing, no toilet paper or tampoons down the head! Must be able to loosen up and have a good time, sailing experience preferred.

I have a free round trip air ticket to anywhere in the continguous US.... hmmmm. San Juans are on my bucket list, now let's see when the whales and wild life are most active.

Now I have chartered out of Gig Harbor on Puget Sound, with another lesbian couple I had never met. It was a fantastic vacation-- lots of dead heads to watch out for though, they also happened to be from TN. We had a great time together as they were open to adventuring with women they did not know either. We remain good friends and see each other every year or so. Gotta go. I am a member of "team Tracy's Landing" today, yipee!

question please.......what happens when you reach the international boarder.......is there some sort of checking done ..or can you just cruise back and forth over the international border? victoria b.c is very nice......lived there for a year or so when i was young....what would an all inclusive ticket on this getaway cost......?

We would have to clear in customs, no big deal. We host the Q flag, captain goes to the port authority, they come out to the boat to check our papers, passports, make sure we are healthy and aren't bringing in a troop of monkeys or something and they clear us in to come ashore. Might even be more benign since it is Canada, but no big deal. Let me rough up some numbers, my preference would be to go off peak season so there are not so many other folks in the anchorages.

do they actually come to the boat (on the water or are you docked.....sorry for my ignorance i have no experience with sailing, but it sounds wonderful. now all i need to do is win that lotto.
