What's for dinner?

Easter Candy-

i just walked past your place coming back from getting some asparagrass for my mom's easter dinner tommorrow. i'm having the good fried chicken (not the so-so fried chicken) from the market, and i bought TWO kinds of chocolate from de laurenti's. ahhh, self indulgence. how many covers today?

asparagus everywhere We've begun using it too at the restaurant, just this week. I want chocolate, but I'm too tired to get up and find some. As for number of covers, I'm not sure. It was less busy than I expected it to be as far as covers go, but there was still plenty of work because of prep for tomorrow. I know we've got 300+ on the books, I'm sure the number will be higher when I go into work, not to mention walk-in trade. One of the sous made it a point to announce to everyone that tonight is not supposed to be a big drinking night. So naturally, I asked if I could do lines off a hooker's butt instead. ;-(

My taxes are now done. Well, except to go to the post office and mail them in. But otherwise, done done done! And now to spend my riches on school debt!

Congrats! I'll be spending mine on new clothes and, of course, books.

cool I wish I could spend mine on things other than debt, but it's ok, I want to be clear of it. Then I can spend money on other things. Like books and going out to eat at restaurants I want to check out and keep tabs on.

I just wrote a large check to Uncle Sam today and dropped it in the mailbox with a clenched fist... (hmmm...maybe that's why I am so wound up and feeling anti-social today??) viva la revolucion!
