what would you do? I have a co-worker who does nothing but socialize all day and is constantly taking smoke & coffee breaks...not to mention she's an unorganized mess. So, she just emailed me (she sits 2 cubicles away) and wanted to know if I could help her complete a project because she is too busy and her area is "way understaffed right now" (she has 3 other people that she works with, I have only myself). Keep in mind that she NEVER speaks to me unless she needs something (and then she does it by email). Does this deserve a "go fuck yourself" or should I give her a hand?
