massage parlors in Toronto Hi. I was wondering about whether massage parlors are legal in the city of Toronto. I was looking at a number of parlors on the Web and noticed that all were in Brampton or Mississauga. Is that just a zoning issue or are they actually illegal in the city? Any insights or recommendations :) would be appreciated.
